Our cleaning and bleaching plant is imported from France. It is equipped with an automatic, centralised process control which enables auto-dosing.
Fibre opening is important for Hydro entanglement. For this process, we have latest blowroom and cards from Germany. We also have spun lace lines for unique four layer web formation.
We undertake pad punching as per customer request. Our pad punching machines are imported from Europe. The machines are designed for consistency in order to achieve a uniform finished product.
Our finished products are shipped only after they tested for compliance with our set quality standards.
The packaging of our products are done as per pharmacopoeia standards. We offer various packaging possibilities such as multipacks and zip locks.
